Private equity
Through ongoing screening, in-house expertise, and a comprehensive network, Solstra has a strong track record of finding off-market investment opportunities that, despite inherent solid fundamentals, have been dismissed by the broader investor community due to a mix of complexity, uncertainty, and capital requirements.
In addition to off-market investments, Solstra seeks to invest in growth and value add opportunities backing strong management teams requiring capital to grow. Solstra constantly seeks to unlock value through an optimised capital structure and active involvement post take-over, improving the underlying operational performance.
Solstra adds value to its portfolio by drawing on its expertise in managing investment and divestment processes, active board and management representation, strategy, development/re-positioning of companies and optimising capital structure.
Solstra focuses on investment opportunities in the Nordics, but may choose to invest globally if the investment case is suitable.

Real estate
Solstra has completed several of the most significant real estate transactions in Denmark since 2016 and is working on completing Bellakvarter, one of the largest city developments in Copenhagen. The team possesses strong competencies in real estate development and construction and manages the entire value chain in development projects.
Through ongoing screening, in-house expertise, and a comprehensive network, Solstra seeks to unlock value in both on- and off-market investment opportunities with strong inherent fundamentals.
Through an active approach to investments, Solstra has also created a solid track record by transforming properties with development potential into well-utilised properties with strong underlying performance, thereby attracting institutional investors to the projects.
In addition to Bellakvarter, Solstra has participated in developing several other award-winning projects in Denmark, such as the completion of the Copenhagen Towers. The team has also contributed to completing complex construction projects such as Kronen Vanløse, which was re-designed and expanded significantly, and has completed the conversion and re-branding of Vestas’ former domicile in Aarhus to a modern, multi-user property.
